  • Do not drink very chilled liquids: It may lead to a slight constriction of blood vessels in the skin and decrease heat loss.
  • Summer fruits and veggies: Watermelon, muskmelon contains 95% water and keeps you hydrated. Oranges have rejuvenating agents. Mangoes are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
  • Cucumber, carrots, onions, tomatoes, spinach possess antioxidant property that helps minimize skin damage due to prolonged sun exposure and & vitamin B of these vegetables prevents dry skin, itching & rashes.
  • Eat right, nutritious and non-fatty meals, as fat has a thermic effect.
