Don't:

  • Consume excessive alcohol because 15% of alcoholics are victims to liver cirrhosis
  • In-take high calorie junk food, this develops NAFLD (Non- Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease)
  • Ignore prolonged jaundice in a newborn, this could be an indication for liver transplantation
  • Smoke, if you have chronic liver disease or cirrhosis, it may aggravate liver damage
  • Prefer any type of OTC drugs unless prescribed, This can lead to Liver failure or even death
